Sign-up is fast and easy! In Step 1 below, enter your mobile contact information and select the information categories you want to receive. In Step 2, an authorization code will be sent to you as a text message. Enter this code online to complete the sign-up process. If you sign-up to receive email only, the code will be sent to your email address.

In the next step of the sign up process, we will send a personal authorization code to your mobile phone or email address. You will need to enter the code in the next screen within (5) minutes in order to verify and complete your enrollment in the system.
