Step 2: A 5-digit Authorization Code will be sent to your mobile device to ensure it's text-enabled. Enter this 5-digit number online to complete the sign-up process. If you are signing up to receive email only, the code will be sent to your email address.

In Step 2 of the sign up process, a personal authorization code will be sent to your mobile phone or email address. You will need to enter the 5-digit code in the next screen within (5) minutes in order to verify and complete your enrollment in the system.
